Hi Frank, The Civil War Burial Survey is a project being conducted by the Sons of The Union Veterans to locate, record, and re-stone if necessary all Civil war veterans as possible. I have working on this since 2002. I work in the southeast Tulare County area. This area was originally settled by many southern veterans as well northerners. The mix of approximately 240 soldiers is about 1/5 confederate. Thanks Bill Melton
