Larry, check the Thurs. Jan 21,2010 5:10 posting of "Cleburne" film project.. graphic novel. It has the 11th & 17th Arkansas Inf website. It shows an Enfield model 1853 musket on their Home Page maybe that's what they carried, but again it may be just a picture they used on the home page.
