Hi Larry, Thanks for the information. What was your GG Grandfathers name? Below is the information on my GGG Grandfather that was in the AR 33rd co G.

Fulker Cox ( My GGG Grandfather) and his brother Samuel F. Cox enlisted in the Confederate Army June 19, 1862 in Columbia Co. Ar. They were in Company G, 33rd Arkansas Infantry Regiment, CSA. The Cox, Jones and Powell boys met at the Powell homeplace in or near Waldo, Arkansas and marched off to march to Magnolia with their guns, knives, grub bags and bedrolls to join up for the Civil War. Fulker Cox died from wounds in a Little Rock, Hospital. Fulker is buried in an unmarked grave at a military cemetery near Little Rock. His brother Samuel F. Cox died of frostbite earlier that year. I have been told he died on a boat that was headed back toward Little Rock.
