My 3-great grandfather Henry L. Cypert died in a battle at Little Rock, AR on May 3, 1863. No one in the family seems to know where he was buried. Is there a specific area in or near Little Rock where the Confederate dead were buried after the battle? In a mass grave or were they individually identified? Is the National Cemetery my first place to look?
