Re: Stagecoach Rd, northern Lonoke County

Hello. That is really interesting. I had a story that I wanted to confirm but the lady
up and died on me prior to being able to get it recorded. I totally believed the lady
since I knew her character and, truthfully, what a good Christian woman she was.
Seems her ancestor nodded to Doc Rayburn simply as a courtesy at a local dance, and
the Yankees observed it. So her ancestor was burned out.
Can't help but wonder how many other oral history stories there are floating around
like that.
Thanks-Linda
