There were three Pope County companies in Lt. Col. Williamson's Battalion (the same John L. Williamson who served as colonel of the 15th Arkansas Militia). I did a quick, very cursory check of two of the companies and found only a handful of men who had mustered with the 15th Militia in March 1862.
