Battle of Fitzhugh's Woods was April 1, 1864 a few miles north of Augusta, Arkansas and three fights at Jacksonport, Arkansas, Dec. 23,1863, April 24, 1864 and Aug. 26, 1864. The 3rd Mo. Cav. was involved in the 1863 date.
