Vance, from the Gerdes website (and my great-great grandfather's war records), it appears after their parole at Corinth, Company C ended up at Port Hudson, Louisiana and were part of the surrender of Port Hudson in 1863. It seems like the outfit effectively disbanded or rejoined other units after that point. In any event, interesting to see our ancestors most likely served together.
