Shelby Order and letter

In a letter to the Officer commanding at Duvall's Bluff dated June 25, 1864 Shelby orders Captain Dorsey, I believe of his staff, to request the exchange of three naval officers, Master M. Kiceley, Paymaster C. S. Simms, and Master's Mate E. N. Wilds, of the 'Queen City' for Captain Geo. Rutherford of Dobbins regiment. 1st Lt. A. C. McCoy of Gordon's regiment and 2nd Lt. C. R. White of Co. E, of Shank's regiment. The story of McCoy's capture and White are known to me. Rutherford is not. Am wondering how he was captured. Also a Lt. Casteel or Lt. Castiel is mentioned for exchange but was apparently held in close confinement and Shelby objected to his treatment. Would appreciate it if someone would point me in the right direction on these men.
