Inspector Marks on Rifle Musket-Can You Identify?

I have a Model 1861 Rifle Musket that has a replaced lock (at least) as it is marked Springfield 1864 but has had the Model 1861 hammer added in order to properly strike the cone as the remainder of the musket is Model 1861. Family lore says it was picked it up near Appomattox during the pursuit of Lee's army in 1865, but the odds of course are against that. However, it is a nice family relic in "attic found" condition.

The question is, who made the stock (and possibly the rest of the musket). I have posted a photo of (top to bottom) the left inspector's mark, the right mark, and a stamp in the stock. My ability to read these things is pretty poor, hopefully someone will be able to figure them out and possibly tell me which maker might have had this combination of inspectors.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
