My pleasure Richard. I spent about four hours on the site when I first found it and have been back to it several times since then to continue reading. I'm sure you said WOW, as I did when I hit on the different ship's rosters. What a wealth of info. Some great flag stuff too. I hope Tom checked it out. I'm sure he did. You should be able to go through the NPS Soldiers and Sailors system and reference some of the names. I'm not crazy about this database but it is a good start. Ancestry.com is another great source. Good luck with your searching. And please help those that are interested to understand that when she was a Confederate ironclad she was the CSS Virginia. Not the Merrimack/Merrimac.
