I don't want to lie or bs you, I have no clue on that. I search for Union captured flags and 99% of the time I will come across Confederate flags captured. It was extremely rare that Union regimental commanders admitted the loss of a color. But they were quick to note what CSA flags they captured.

My associates and I, finished all of the Union regimental histories at the Library of Congress. To be honest, not much was a help. There are several book missing from the Library of Congress, that are just crucial on captured Union flags. That G.A.R Union ghost is in there hiding them, lol.

My goal, is to obtain all of the Union and Confederate regimental histories. I have read the Official Records, up and down several times, used key words, etc. Once I retire, I will then travel to Northern and Southern capitals and see what they have. I probably will buy a camper and travel. I want to spend more time at the Carlisle Barracks in Pennsylvania reading the soldiers letters, if it takes years to do.

I will search the internet and see what I can dig up on the 93rd Pennsylvania and what Confederate flag/flags they captured.
