Within your statement you are correct. The First and Second Bunting issues had orange borders; the third through seventh had white. The cross width varied on the First and fourth bunting issues only - the rest were uniform. The star separation varied from the fourth through seventh bunting issues going further apart and then at the end being pushed back closer to each other. The silk issues had 3 border styles.

But overall it was the same styled battle flag and thus uniform.
