24th Tennessee battleflag

Does anyone know anything about the 24th Tennessee battleflag. It survived the war and was handed down in the Thomas H. Peebles family. Peebles was given the flag (it was shot up) after Shiloh by his regiment for his gallantry; he was the Lt. Col. who led the regiment after the colonel commanding went down. He was in Cleburne's brigade who noted his bravery. the flag was a Hardee pattern and there is an old photo after the war of the unit chaplain (Hogan) holding it showing a unit designation. It went to Texas after the war and disappeared from the family years ago. My sister's husband is related.

Thanks,
Philip Duer
