The 4th Louisiana is the 4th Louisiana Battalion.

I am not sure if any of the Union Tennessee units lost flags at Nashville. Some of the Confederate Tennessee cavalry units did lose flags - 12th Tennessee Cavalry at the barricades; WD 210 from one of Bell's TN cavalry regiments are the two that I know of. Both are Mobile Depot flags (although that of the 12th TN cannot be located today).
