I give up! I've searched with multiple keywords without luck. I need help identifying the photograph below. A friend sent it to me and he cannot remember where he found it; he thought either the web site for the National Archives or Library of Congress. The thing that caught my eye was the size of the flag, it appears to to be a garrison flag. It would be nice to know the story behind it.
