I can definitely relate to that. I've run across some really good on-line collections by state, New York, Wisconsin, Illinois, & Ohio, specifically. I've even found a site devoted to Federal Artillery flags, but not anything that combines the info into one location like FOTC. It would definitely be a worthwhile project. But, time being the precious commodity it is...
