The flag of the 14th NC, a first bunting issue, has, indeed, both honors on the same piece of cloth rather haphazardly applied to the center of the flag. It actually obscures 3 of the stars completely and part of a 4th. Flag is apparently held by the NPS at Gettysburg.
Wonder why the Alabama flag has the honers on the reverse.
