Howie found these details for the Richmond Depot ANV flags. I will list them all here:

First Bunting - June 1862 - 48 inches square (borders inclusive) - 8 inch wide blue cross and 3 inch stars spaced every six inches (measured from the center of each star to the center of the next star). Orange borders.

Second Bunting - June/July 1862 - 48 inches square - 5 inch wide blue cross with 3 1/2 inch stars spaced every 6 inches. Orange borders.

Third Bunting - July 1862 through Spring 1864 - as above but with white borders.

Fourth Bunting - May 1864 through September 1864 - 51 inches square, 7 inch wide blue cross and 5 1/2 inch stars spaced every 8 inches. White borders.

Fifth Bunting - November 1864 - 48 inches square - 5 inch cross and 4 1/2 inch stars spaced every 9 inches. White border.

Sixth Bunting - Winter 1864/1865 - 48 inches square - 5 inch cross with 4 1/2 inch stars now spaced every 8 inches. White border.

Seventh Bunting - March 1865 - 48 inches square - 5 inch cross with 4 1/2 inch stars spaced every 7 inches. White border.

As you can see the only real differences between the later bunting issues were the spacing of the stars which went far out along the arms of the cross but then were brought back in closer.
