Some years back there was a song book at auction from early war that depicts the flags of the Orphan Brigade, including Cobb’s Battery, and they are all Hardee pattern flags. As far as I know, none of the flags shown on the song book survive. No flag survives similar enough to the flags on the song book to estimate if the one’s shown are actual flags. All the flags have honors and unit designation on the center disc.

I would guess that the song book is the source for the t-shirt guys.
