If they were in Stevenson's Division I think it is very likely that they did. There are two contemporaneous accounts of these flags at the surrender - one being the woodcut in the Time-Life "Arms & Equipment of the Confederacy"book and the other a newspaper account where the reporter mentions these flags and describes them to a "T."

The Bowen flags date to February, 1863 so with Stevenson's troops having been there since December, 1862 (which is why they missed Stone's River) it would not surprise me if they got their versions of the flags not long afterwards.

I do have pictures of what's left of the 39th Georgia's flag of this pattern.
