No known flags of the 60th North Carolina Infantry Regiment survived the War. As part of Stevenson's Division the 60th would have received in the Winter of 1863-64 a standard issue Army of Tennessee Regimental flags. All evidence indicates that Raynold's Brigade received a standard Battle Flags (though the 58th for some reason received a smaller artillery version). These flag were uniformly marked with white separately applied numbers, in upper quadrant, and the State abbreviation in the lower quadrant.
