When you say "their Second Nationals have a tell-tale characteristic that this flag does not have" are you speaking of the way the Richmond Depot would extend the white trim around the ends of the crosses in the canton? Also Mr. Ford is there a way you could post a photograph or send me a photograph of this flag as my curiosity is really getting to me as I read this post. I am at emmalpass@yahoo.com. I just wanted to see how different the flag is compare to a Richmond issue.
