Hi Charles,

Yes. The white fimbration does not stop at the junction of the blue cross - it continues across on all four sides of that junction on the Macon flags. The fimbration is one long piece simply laid over the entire length of the blue cross and then cuts at the ends and sewn down. On Richmond Depot flags the fimbration is also one long piece but it is folded into an "L" shape and then sewn down to each quadrant and does not cross the cross junction.
