Well, to tell you the truth, this is exactly why I joined this site. I very much want to do paintings that will be as realistic as possible and I certainly do appreciate the offer to help in that area. I will certainly take you up on that and would like to send you photos that I am planning to use in paintings from time to time and have you look to see if anything stands out as unrealistic before I start painting.

Mostly, I intend to make my paintngs more about individuals and the general emotion of the period. I don't really plan to paint battles as such, as I think there are enough artists focusing on that type of painting and it is not my main area of interest.

If you are serious, I would certainly appreciate your help.
