Does anyone know or have any information on Confederate Commissary J F Cummings? He was the Post Commissary in charge of the Atlanta depot? If anybody could point me in any direction. I would be greatly appreciated. I do know that he was from Tennessee and was Commissary for General Cheatham before he become a post commissary.
