The papers and medical records (volumin. amounts!!!) of CSA Surgeon General Stouts are housed at the Univ. Texas at Austin. These contain data for CSA soldiers in the Army of Tennessee...!!!!

I was able to research a putative ancestor in the 8th Ark. Inf. who was wounded at Peachtree Creek and actually FOUND him in the Army of Tennessee CSA hospital records housed there.

Suggest you contact them re your possible research there, etc....???
