I would like to know what happened to 54-year old private Richard H. Talley of Georgia Seige Artillery, 28th Battalion, Co. A. I am told he was killed in the last battle in North Carolina in 1865 when this battalion fought as infantry. His first enlistment was with Co. H, 31st Georgia Infantry Regiment, from which he was discharged for disability.
