I reside in Hartwell, Georgia. I have sent several requests for an application to the web site of the SCV and as of now have not received an application nor a reply to any message. I am elibible through several ancestors to be a member, but it seems that the SCV are not very anxious to
recruit new members. It is not my desire to simply be a "card carrier" but I want to enroll in a unit that is active with speakers, etc. If someone would instruct me as to how I can get an application forwarded to me it will be appreciated.

I hesitate to join a unit in S.C., but if that is required in order to become a member, then that is what I will do.
