50th Georgia

My GG Grandfather Archibald C. Bass served in Co. G 50th GA, His brotherr David A. Bass was listed as missing at Boonsboro Md Sept 14 1862. Someone sent a copy of my GG Grandfather captured at Cedar Creek Va 1864 and haveing died as a POW. But the service record showes that he was paroled in March 1865. Then I found he had moved from Ga to FL in 1865 he married Ann Victoria Brack. Florida Confederate Pension records show he was wounded at Second Manasas, The Wilderness, and at Cedar Creek and captured.
So for people researching relatives, some records arent as accurate as others.
