Unfortunately even people who post with the best of intentions make mistakes. And, in cases where simple mistakes that could easily be corrected are made, I tend to distrust information found anywhere in the document. For example, A. J. Womack's name should appear on the Confederate Roll of Honor, not Role of Honor. I am not surprised that the date is wrong as well.

The actual listing which reports A. J. Womack among twenty-nine officers and men of the 35th Tennessee Regiment on the Confederate Roll of Honor for the Battle of Chickamauga can be found in the Official Records, Series I, vol. 30, part 2, page 541. The date of the battle is not given in the original document.
