Jackson Hospital,Richmond

My 3rd G-Grandfather, Frank G. Colley; was a Private in Co. G 61st Georgia Infantry “Wilkes Guards” I have a question about a hospital register that lists him.

Jackson Hospital,Richmond,Va.
Pvt. F.G. Colley
Disease: Wd. hand (wound/hand/head?)

Min B (Minie ball?)
Admitted : June 5, 1864

My question: does Min B; mean minie ball/bullet and was the 61st Ga. in a battle around this date?
Frank Colley is also found in a previous hospital register:

General Hosp. Howard's Grove,Richmond,Va.

Disease: i can't read it??
Admitted: July 20,1862
Returned to duty: August 26,1862

Remarks: i can't read it??

Help with these records would be greatly appeciated!

Best regards,
John Dotson Kotila
