Im not sure who's voice does the narrative on the first round. As the seating area rotates there is an automated program with stops with lights focused on portions of the portrait during explanations of that section. That may be the same narrative you mention.

The narrative on the second rotation is done by the tour guide and they use a flashlight to point out the portions of the portrait they explain. They also speak about the size of diorama characters, where the diorama ends and portrait begins, etc.
