Kingston Ga hospital and Stout Papers

I didnt want to derail the other gentleman's hospital thread so I started this one.

Does anyone know, are all the Stout papers related to the Kingston GA Hospital still in Texas? I had an ancestor whom I believe died in the hospital at Kingston Ga in Jan 1864 and would like to know if any record of this exists. I wonder if there are records closer to Ga than Texas available for research.

The last military records that I have of my ancestor show him to be sick in company quarters as of Dec 31,1863. His widows application for pension in 1890 contains sworn statements from other soldiers who say they know he died in a hospital at Kingston Ga and was buried there.

He was Conrad Sellers from Habersham Co. GA. (also spelled as Coonrod Celles) Private Company C 66th GA Infantry His widow was Artimissia Sellers.

Any help on this or any other information would be greatly appreciated.
