Thanks, I believe this confirms that JJ Drake was my GGGGrandfather. JJ. Drake enlisted in 1st Alabama Cavalry in Nov 20, 1861 (no record after Mar 1862) and returned home and enlisted in Capt Campbell's Independent Co, Siege Artillery in Aug 13, 1863 at Bainbridge, GA. He was paroled at Albany GA on May 7 1865.
