Mike, Thank you for the photo of Sgt. Waldrop's headstone. Also, since you are from Arkansas, this is a heads up on the Arkansas monument that is going to be installed in Stonewall Cemetery in Winchester, VA. There are about 3,000 Confederates from all Southern states buried there and the only grouping of soldiers lacking a state monument is Arkansas. The local UDC chapter and SCV camp [of which I'm a member] are raising money for the unveiling on Confederate Memorial Day here in Winchester on June 6, 2011.
