The answer is yes and no. Yes, there is a document; I saw it on microfilm at the National Archives several years ago. But, "No" because the document on the film was virtually unreadable. It was so faded that I couldn't make out more than a couple of names on the list. Maybe the original is available for viewing and it is better than the film, but I didn't have time to check that and I haven't been able to get back. It may be available somewhere online by now, and it might be possible to manipulate the image on a computer better than I was able to on the microfilm viewer.

Presumably the various compiled service records made use of the document or a similar one, since there are serveral with cards indicating a member was paroled after surrender at Greensboro, N.C.
