Hi I'm doing a US History project on the siege of Vicksburg. I was assigned a soldier on the Confederate side and I must write a journal of his experiences. The information I have is:

Unit: 42nd Georgia Company B
Death: June 30th, 1863

I'm having trouble finding resources!! Please help me by posting any relevant information I can use for reference!
