My great-great grandfather (Benj. T. Finney from Jones County)served in Bonaud's artillery. I have copies of his muster rolls from the Georgia Archives, however, I've found very little concerning this unit and its history. In March I visited the Olustee Battlefield and learned Bonaud's artillery was attached to and/or consolidated with the 28th Georgia. Is their a complete roster of the unit? Has anyone written a unit or regimental history on the battalion? Where were they stationed during the war? Did they also serve in the Carolina's and were they at Bentonville?

I would be appreciative of any information concerning my search for Benjamin Tarver Finney's war record with Bonaud's Artillery Battalion.
