These are the ones called Gailey found on the muster roll of Company E, 2nd (Adair's) Cherokee Mounted Volunteers:

JOSEPH ABSALOM GAILEY. Sgt. Enlisted 12 July 1862 at Frozen Rock, C.N. Died of small pox 30 May 1863 at Coodies Creek (sic), C.N.

AUGUST M. GAILEY. Pvt. Enlisted 12 July 1862 at Frozen Rock, C.N. On extra duty as nurse in hospital at Honey Springs, returned to company July 6, 1863.

LUCIEN GAILEY. Pvt. Enlisted 12 July 1862 at Frozen Rock, C.N. Sick in hospital at Honey Springs, returned to company July 6, 1863.

WARREN GAILEY. Pvt. Enlisted 12 January 1863 at Fort Smith.

All this according to the muster roll for the period September 1, 1862, to June 30, 1863 (which was apparently not finished until a few days later, as some remarks were added in early July, among others the one re. Gailey's return from the Honey Springs hospital). No later rolls have been preserved.
