Re: Would anyone know this location? MORE INFO!!!

I awakened in the night thinking about this! Surely this is the old "Cooper Cabin" which was the pre-war and post-war home of Douglas Hancock Cooper at Fort Washita!!!! The cabin was purchased from the Colbert Family by the U.D.C. in the 1930s (?) as a memorial to General Cooper and the Confederate soldiers who were quartered at Fort Washita during the war. I don't know why I didn't think of it the first time around. (Just too much "trivia" floating around in my head, I suppose.)
