This is off topic so the webmaster or administrator may delete it but here it goes...

My favorite movie of the period is 'Ride with the Devil'. The movie Shenandoah is a classic and my first recollection of being "aware" of the Civil War. After that, every time we were together it had something to do with the Civil War -- from toy guns and little soldiers to visiting battlefields, museums, and libraries. I think our first visit to Shiloh is what really impressed me and sparked my interest to study the war. I tried to recall all the battlefields/historical sites we've visited together -- Waverly Mansion, Ft. Gibson, Park Hill, Honey Springs (long before the battlefield park), Shiloh (several times), Stones River, Chattanooga, Chickamauga, Vicksburg, Ft Donnellson, Memphis, Brice's Crossroads, Prairie Grove, Newtonia, and Pea Ridge. Didn't we go to Ft. Smith when the museum was still in the old commissary building? Did I miss any?
