First timer here, hoping I could get some help. I am in the process of re-constructing the climate of Oklahoma/Indian Territory during the 19th century using historical sources. Unfortunately, there is a big gap in quantitative and qualitative information during the Civil War as a result of the military forts being abandoned by the Union, among other things. I was hoping that someone might point me in the right direction so that I could get access to primary accounts from Indian Territory during the Civil War that might help me with my project.
