10th Kentucky Cavalry CSA

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a few questions I have about my GG Grandfather, Ruel England (sometimes Ingles or Engles), who lived in Pikeville, KY. What records I have been able to find about him state that he served with the 10th Kentucky Cavalry CSA. Some of his records state that he was captured at Gladesville on July 7, 1863 but others say that he was arrested in Pikeville, KY on July 3, 1863. He was at Camp Chase on July 20 and then was a POW at Camp Douglas from 8-22-63 to 2-24-65. There are records that show he was transferred (with other members of the 10th) to Point Lookout on on 2-24-65 and others that state he was transferred to City Point, VA on 2-24-65.

Is the 10th Kentucky Cavalry the one that was Ben Caudill's regiment?
Is there any way to find out if he was captured at Pikeville or Gladesville?
Did these men get transferred to Point Lookout or City Point on 2-24-65?
One of his transfer records states "disposition unaccounted for" in the comments section. What would that mean?
Did these men have to take the oath of allegiance in order to be released?

I know I have a laundry list of questions and I appreciate anyone taking the time to read through them.
Thanks, Valerie
