The website Thomas recommended presents data on Wingfield's 3rd Louisiana Cavalry, not Harrison's 3rd Louisiana Cavalry. Per Bergeron's "Guide" these were two separate and distinct units. The research is attributed to Neale S. Brown but I did not discover any links that would allow me to communicate with him.

Anyone know how to get in touch with Neale S. Brown? One of my great grandfathers claimed service with Captain Turner's Company K.
