Need some help locating a grave and I know you fellows can help. Looking for Capt. Caleb J. Tucker,26th La. Inft., Co. "I". He was shot in the head on Dec. 28, 1862 at Chickasaw Bayou and taken to the bluffs where he died that night. I don't think his body was taken back home to Thibodaux, La. I can't find him in any cemetery there. He may be in the Vicksburg cemetery but couldn't find him just looking at headstones. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Buck Tucker
