Unfortunately, I have no word from Randy Ritchie and have only been in contact with one other volunteer. There is no phone access to the 985 or 504 exchanges at this time. Also there is no cell phone service for any company in Tangipahoa Parish. I keep trying though. I will be going to Camp Moore again tomorrow to check and will try then as there appears to be local service to some areas.
