Chris, Art: Edward William Rawle was born 8-22-1829 Jefferson Parish, LA, son of PA-born Judge Edward Rawle (1797-1880) and Appolina Saul. He md. Virginia Sprowls 12-2-1880 Shreveport, had at least 2 kids, and was alive in 1885. I suspect he lived in Red River Parish in the 1870s. He is not on the 1880 census of LA.
