I am not sure about any of the Fowlers from Alabama, I was born and raised in Alexandria, La and moved to Alabama a few years ago with the company I am employed for. From what I know about most of kin on the Fowler side, they came to states from Ireland and Scottland. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
