I have found at the National Archives, that most hospital records available, are found in very large bound binders which only record basic data, such as: date of admission, complaint, perhaps disposition. But no records thereafter, such as burial, etc.

They are extremely difficult to review. Ink has become faint, and script is in old world English. And there is no idea of how enteries have been inputed, i.e., date, patient, etc.

Neither the NA nor any other repository hold records of Charity Hospital that I am aware of.
